Bogota FD Hose Co. #2 is celebrating their 100th Anniversary in October 2010. Their current fund raising efforts include the sale of Coffee & Beer Mugs as well as Anniversary Tee Shirts. The New Jersey & New York Volunteer Fireman’s Association provides gift cards to people who are forced from their homes due to fire. Pictured below are two recipients receiving their gift cards to Wal-Mart. On the left is Ms. Dora Lopez receiving her card from George Saigh. Mrs. Anthony Johnson (pictured to the right) is given her card by Al Silverman. The cards are the courtesy of H & M Leasing, as part of the agreement with the NJ-NY VFA for people who are burned out of their homes.
